Began in 2022 right out of university.
- Gained knowledge about the inner workings of telecom sales and how the industry works
- Surpassed my goal of what I aimed to earn in the year through my training and help from managers/colleagues
-Management helped me become a top 10 rep in Eastern Canada within a year
-Overall easy place to work, as the workplace environment truly was friendly with a sense of competition through reps
-Rewarded for hard work with monthly sales prizes for the highest earners and uncapped commission
Inconvénients
-Training modules were a bit wonky back in 2022 but have been revised
-None other come to mind
