      Avantages

      RMC does amazing events and the employees give 100% Pay and bonuses are nice People are extremely dedicated.

      Inconvénients

      Sometimes it is difficult to work for a family owned business. Not a lot of HR support. Culture in some departments is toxic.

      Avantages

      They pay you on time.

      Inconvénients

      Management is loose. Some Senior researchers have character issues. One I worked with was evil and another one was disrespectful. This combination created a toxic environment. I was not happy working there starting the first month. I don’t recommend good researchers to go to this place.
