      Avantages

      Hybrid working was acceptable. Management were really pleasant.

      Inconvénients

      HR are a complete joke. I was made redundant. It happened in 3 stages and no-one could answer any of my questions. Was I going to be paid. Should I keep working. Do they need to give a hand over? There was no information. I was brought in one day told I was being made redundant. Followed up by a meeting telling me what jobs were available with in the group. That didn't particularly match my skill set. Then a final to say I didn't get those jobs and I'm now being served notice. This all could have been explained in the initial meeting.

      Avantages

      Reasonably stable source of employment. Good health benefits.

      Inconvénients

      Transitory administration staff. Clueless sales team. Unstainable maintenance practices results in severely degraded equipment. Non-existent training creates sever problems in team growth. Lack of team integration creates "tribalized" departments. Site leadership has history of terminating for personal difference when faced with professional opposition. Inability to full fill promises to employees relating to skill enhancement and training improvement. Inordinate focus on slices of the budget rather than improving and engineering sustainable operations. Full of "boss" mentality, incredible deficit of "leader" mentality.
