      Avantages

      A very fundamental production company that gets the project built without any bells or whistles. You come away with good knowledge of what a developer is looking for and can tailor a project to get it through city reviews and built. Once CD's begin, one has a lot of room to work as the design partner takes a huge step away. The project managers/Associates are great.

      Inconvénients

      Very little design goes on - the firm's "style" is dated and never evolves. Easy to get pigeon-holed and you feel for the people that get stuck on SCA projects.

      Flag Day is not a day off from work.

      Avantages

      Flexible work environment. Remote 2 days a week.

      Inconvénients

      Few vacation days. Studios are housing and SCA, with very little overlap. High turnover of drafters and junior staff.
