      Avantages

      The pay was decent and the job was remote

      Inconvénients

      Non existent work life balance. I was expected to work holidays without being paid overtime. Lots of 12-14 hour days. My manager would disappear and didn’t have a clue what was going on. When I was hired It took 2 full months to get my first assignment. I got 0 feedback on all my work. In the 6 months I was there I worked on 3 projects. That’s it. The company is absolutely clueless.

      Avantages

      The people you work with are great.

      Inconvénients

      Leadership does not care that employees are spread thin. They will keep giving you more clients and are pushing to win more business. Work/life balance is non-existent. Unlimited PTO is a crock. People judge you when you take time off.
