Avantages
Benefits are good. Pay is good. Location is great. Great for just putting in 40 hours for a paycheck. They are bringing in money and plenty busy.
Inconvénients
Management will not support your career goals even if you spell them out multiple times and will just use you to fill in as-needed which creates a lack of control over your career. Uses a "protect the buffalo" slogan as propaganda to try and make you buy into the fact that they don't care for you as a person and just as a worker bee.
