Avantages
The company, overall, was nice to work for. They had decent benefits and excellent pay.
Inconvénients
In the Tampa office, I experienced a "clique" atmosphere, and it felt like High School. I was bullied by my supervisor, and when I went to her supervisor about it, they ganged up on me. I did everything I could, but nothing made them happy. They were outright mean to me. I was in the process of looking for another job due to the toxic atmosphere, when they let me go. They claimed it was due to my performance, but I think I just didn't fit their little clique. They set unrealistic expectations, blamed me for things I didn't do, and told me how wrong I was on a daily basis. Everyone else made mistakes, yet I wasn't allowed to, AT ALL. People were mocked because they only worked their 8 hours, then went home. Yet we weren't allowed overtime. Confusing. The whole experience was horrible and unfair, and I would advise against working in this office. At least until some management changes are made.
