Very toxic place to work. You will get mentally abused by this company. They love playing mind games, especially the office staff. When you call for materials, schedule, equipment, vehicles or even your pay, their answer for everything is “I don’t know” another famous quote from them is “I can’t remember that conversation “ so you better have everything in writing. It is not a cohesive environment, they are definitely NOT team players, you’re basically on your own to sink. No one will ever offer to help you with anything and if you say anything you get retaliated on. You will suffer the consequences of give constructive criticism or having an opinion. They all act like big babies and the only thing that is important to the company are these reviews. NOT the employees, not looking into the issues or bettering themselves as individuals. This is what’s important to them. Now tell me if that’s “people first” quality? Speaking of quality, that when down the drain. It’s all about sale, the customers don’t get quality anymore as the specialist are not trained to do their job properly, but instead train to sell. Again not the place you want to be
