Well first off, the company makes you do courses that has no benefit to you if you leave. It is super stressful. Working all day then coming home to have to do a course is not ideal at all. Secondly, I saw there was a respond to one of the review that things are automated”. However, the “automated” process is not working if there’s constant errors with employees pay, especially for the past 3 months. Next, it’s really not company growth if your continuously hiring people to replace employees that are constantly leaving because they are unhappy. There is a greater issue here that needs looking into. Also, again how great is the “automated process “ if new employees are driving rental cars smaller than them for months. That’s not really securing vehicles if they are renting cars. It was said that we can come let the company know if we have an issue, not true as we get retaliate on. Please stop trying to make it seams like all peaches and cream. Yes everyone makes mistakes, but please own up to it rather than pointing fingers and blaming everything or everyone. Our company can do better than that. The pandemic has nothing to do with the real issues of the company.
