      Avantages

      Flexible work time, some interesting projects, learned a lot - good technically. It`s a good place for younger people to learn a lot quickly, but.....

      Inconvénients

      ... don`t expect to move up fast, slow progression. Little work life balance because clients are put ahead of employees well being. If you do move up, your work-life balance will only get worse. Time off was discouraged among my group. Salary is below average (although there is OT pay), sloppy management and lack of community. Each group is in it's own bubble with little opportunity to get difference experience beyond your own.

      Avantages

      Good employees, interesting work, fair hours, lots of knowledge to be learned

      Inconvénients

      Slightly lower pay, not a lot of beginner instruction, you get in what you put out which can be tough if you want a laid out process
