Avantages
Always have work/projects, PM's and front desk ladies are great to work with, you get a lot of experience with multiple projects at once.
Inconvénients
Low pay/salary, upper management always has excuses why they can't give bonus/raises etc., the Co-Presidents are micro managers that won't let you make a decision on your projects, no training provided, no company consistency with paper work (everyone does their own thing). You never know what kind of mood upper management will be in from day to day. 1 minute they will be joking with you and the next they will be screaming until they are red in the face.
