While the properties themselves may appear appealing, it’s important to consider the work environment behind the scenes. My experience with these two leadership position: VP & Régional HR has been profoundly disappointing. Their approach to leadership is marked by unprofessionalism and toxicity, which can severely diminish one’s passion for the hospitality industry. Furthermore, their treatment of both guests and team members often lacks the professionalism and respect that are fundamental to this field. I strongly advise caution before engaging with this company, regardless of the quality of its physical assets.
