Enthusiastic C team, cookouts, mostly nice people, good salary, nice equipment, good choice of color palette, twenty word minimum met.
Inconvénients
Benefits are not on par with other tech firms in the area. They claim to be a "30 year old startup", but that only means there is no work-life balance. You are thrown to the wolves and expected to perform with little guidance and no feedback. There are no career advancement opportunities because there is no growth. They are stuck in perpetual "startup" mode and can't seem to grasp the big picture. Management talks trash about subordinates and other employees behind their backs. If you don't do the same, you become the target. Not very team oriented and overall not a comfortable place to work.
