      Nice colleagues and good working environment

      Inconvénients

      Management doesn’t care about employees. Even during covid, compared to other banks which gave welfare packages to employees who had to work in office, this place thinks it is a given to be in office. KPIs can change along the way. Promote people with no merit Management doesn’t walk the talk
