Avantages
I appreciate seeing the many positive changes that have happened over the last year. RHA has launched a new recognition program for staff, provided a company match on retirement after many years without one, and enhanced their benefits for employees. The CEO hosts webinars so we can stay informed of what's happening throughout the company. There are so many stories of career growth throughout the company where people started in direct support roles and are now in leadership positions.
Inconvénients
In this industry it is hard to find good people to work with our population of individuals who need special care and attention. This is not an RHA problem, it's a problem throughout IDD.
