      Avantages

      The work is repetitive and straight forward. It is a fairly easy job to manage. Most of the responsibility is in ensuring payroll is reported.

      Inconvénients

      The executives do not have concern about employees or how management only responds when circumstances force them to. There is blatant harassment and it is tolerated because the owners are not willing to acknowledge its existence.

      Avantages

      Honestly great people, decent salary, and diverse work. Well respected company in the greater bay area. Self perform a large segment of the work.

      Inconvénients

      The company is very traditional and sometimes archaic in its methods. Just like the rest of the heavy civil industry, commutes are long. Long long hours.
