      Small, close-knit work environment. President seems to genuinely care about employees' well-being.

      Inconvénients

      Over-time is expected, which makes work-life balance difficult. A lot of yelling.

      Avantages

      Absolutely none. The owner and all upper management is shady.

      Inconvénients

      Everything. Everyone quits or gets fired for speaking up about things. Working here was an absolute nightmare and I am still suffering emotionally. Check out their actual Glassdoor page under RFX, Inc.
