Avantages
The small company aspect of RER allows it to be nimble and cater directly to client needs. This means as an employee, you can spend more time actually doing your job. Many government consulting companies require mandatory training and corporate compliance that has nothing to do with tasks at hand within your respective agency. The team is great. Management is friendly, supportive, and understanding.
Inconvénients
There could be a better benefit package. They do not cover eye insurance and the medical insurance is not great.
