      This review is in Spanish, RDT Ltd is not based in Spanish-speaking countries, nor do we have spanish-speaking employees currently or in the past - it also doesn't feel like it is about RDT. We are working with Glassdoor to remove this review

      Avantages

      Lovely people and a strong sense of community. The office space is great, and I really value the relationships I’ve built with my colleagues especially my manager, who has been very supportive.

      Inconvénients

      It can be a stressful workplace at times, and morale within some teams can fluctuate. While this isn’t constant, there are periods where the pressure feels higher and team morale dips.

      Avantages

      The company personnel provided proper background of the work and company to provide service to.

      Inconvénients

      Though it is a European service based company. I have not seen any scope of getting onsite opportunities yet. I do not prefer remote work.
