I started as a temp and later converted to full-time, working at the HQ as a pricing analyst in E-Commerce. The people I worked with were pretty nice. The Christmas party's were decent. At the time, the pay was alright for the type of work that was being done.
Inconvénients
E-Commerce was segregated from the rest of the company, and it was in a desk farm open office. The workload wasn't hard but definitely monotonous, and it wasn't very fulfilling, nor did the position offer any real career progression. My shift had pretty bad hours. Eventually it was all sorts of physical problems for me between the hours and being sedentary for so long.

Flexible, easy to learn the basics and complete self-paced training, and a good option for side income that can work around a main job or busy life. They have a help line to call for trouble with jobs and questions. If you have to leave a voicemail, they are usually pretty good about calling back fairly quickly.
Inconvénients
Sometimes you have to figure out how to do certain jobs on the fly if you haven't done them before, so it can feel a bit like being tossed in and expected to sink or swim. They do have a help line to call if you have trouble figuring it out, though.
