But working there the way senior managers speak to u are unprofessional to the point if it was a corporate company HR would be called and reported I bet because of the verbally abusive way u are spoken to in front of even the most junior staff. It's shocking. But it's seen as normal and to be expected. Most who work there have been there for years and the ones who are comfortable knowing it's like that but just there to do the work take a salary and deal with it like politics. The female managers are loud and vocal and take advantage of the juniors. The steal leads and deals and put them in their names for commission after Everything has been done. They pay poorly and don't promote the title though people are already doing the same work. It's very sad to see this exploitation. To intimidate they bully and try to highlight old and simple mistakes that was once made and nerver repeated as a way to hold them off the pay rise and promotion- even though the job role is done of the expected promotion. Lots of sucking up done with directors and managers though they don't like each other. Fake as they come. I found it like a classroom without a principal. There is no HR so u can't report it to when its upper management that behaves this way. It's a bad sign when u work there and u are told to expect this from some managers and that it's just their way. I would not suggest working there . It's a place where everyone there is just used to that abuse and haven't worked many places to know any better that it's not professional. My sense was people who left came back when they needed a job or was asked to come back and then paid better. But they leave when something better came cos it wasn't worth the abuse. I don't think they will bother to improve cos it's just like a family with rude -thats used to those abusive personalities that shout and swear in front of others and bully. It's like Marmite for them. Not that they see what they are like. Plenty of other professional companies that teat the working environment and people with respect around u. I don't like what I saw and had enough.
