Avantages
A stable business, supporting McDonald's restaurants all around the world. The benefits are just fine: good salary, excellent health assistance, and even an innovation program that awards the best ideas which a good amount.
Inconvénients
The managers are not able to deal with the customer when the topic is schedule. That brings a lot of problems to the teams that have to deal with it themselves, giving up to the quality and eventually getting into a lot of trouble and stress. It gets worse when you hear speeches about the commitment to quality, and value statements of "simple, practical solutions" and "integrity".
