Avantages

This is an old company with great products! 100$ per month product allowance for employees is very generous. Company doesn't report it on our income, so it is stretching our dollars better.

Inconvénients

It is bad whenwe aren't trained to help our customers right. Manager and heir boss have to go to the other department to find out how the softwares and the commissions work. The ceo lets the poor performances to continue for his friends and the chairman has no idea his ceo is running the company into the ground and is almost bankrupt. it's a fun party all day for people to sit in manager offices to gossip and shoot the breeze. The Asian countries run their own events because the US staff has nothing to offer them for training. Asias don't want to be taught the US way to be unsuccessful unless you are given the entire customers as a downline.. Our US Customers get training from the Sales team that hasn't been successful in many years but the company looks have changed many times. Hire qualified sales people, not friends or family.

Product discount for employees and a great group of people to work with. No egos here, just people working towards the same goal.

You may need to help out in an area that is not your expertise.

Avantages

You get $100 allowance of their products and also discounts

Inconvénients

The company as a whole didn't seem like they knew what they were doing. The compensation plan for its members was extremely confusing and shady business was going on. So much favoritism in this place. Managers would hang out on their office with the door closed and gossip and take personal calls and be on facebook, very unprofessional. Also, you accumulate vacation time from the day you start but it's not supposed to become available until 6 months after employment. The week before I hit six months they changed it to a year...I had to cancel my trip home to go to a family wedding or I would lose my job. Just a lot of unfairness and shady business that went against my morals.
