Avantages
Flexibility. They have great Restaurants and provide great food. If your food is wrong they will do everything at all cost to ensure that your experience at the restraurnat is fabulous.
Inconvénients
They pay their employees hardly nothing and expect you to pay money out of your hard earned time and sweat. Absolutly the worst company I have worked for. The majority of the restaurants employee work hard for absolutly nothing, well we work for tips. 3% of the total amount of tips goes directly to busers, host's, bartenders, etc. Yes, alot of companies do this, however, most others recieve a paycheck. RARE give checks also but they are in the amount of $0.
