      PTO, remote work, paid holidays

      Inconvénients

      Morale is low (toxic work environment/very passive-aggressive); leadership and team leads working side gigs on company time (ghosting); work is mundane (pick-ups, copy refresh, change out Getty images); pay is low/constantly put on-hold for a review for raises; I've been at Rapp for 5 years and not a single Black American has ever been on my team (facts);

      Avantages

      RAPP is a great place to work, with a supportive and exceptional team. The people genuinely care about helping one another succeed, and collaboration is encouraged across the organization. I've had the opportunity to work with amazing and talented colleagues who are knowledgeable, approachable and committed to delivering quality work.

      Inconvénients

      As with any large organization, there can be occasional process-related challenges, but overall, the work environment is positive and rewarding
