Avantages
It feels great to a part of this agency right now. There is energy, excitement and passion to do great things - starting all the way at the top. I've been at RAPP for a good number of years and, since I started, it feels like we're getting a second wind. Leadership is more dynamic, strong and engaging. Work is improving tenfold. And the environment is becoming happy (again). I'm excited to be here now and see our work flourish and see our family grow.
Inconvénients
I think the agency network as a whole still needs a little bit of clarity on our core offerings, so that the people on the ground can speak to them more articulately. We're in the business of serving clients, so we need to be able to talk about what we do. There have been a vast number of changes over the past 1-2 years, in the making of reminding and solidifying those offerings - so now it's time to get the masses aligned and make magic.
