      Not much pressure; Work/life balance is decent.

      Inconvénients

      Outdated senior board with old ideas and vision of digital marketing; Heavy political environment; Lack of process in every area; They don't bring experienced or top professionals, instead, they let the best employees go away and bring trainee level people;

      Avantages

      RAPP is a great place to work, with a supportive and exceptional team. The people genuinely care about helping one another succeed, and collaboration is encouraged across the organization. I've had the opportunity to work with amazing and talented colleagues who are knowledgeable, approachable and committed to delivering quality work.

      As with any large organization, there can be occasional process-related challenges, but overall, the work environment is positive and rewarding
