      Avantages

      Paid well and had a limited amount of freedom in between projects

      Inconvénients

      Employees were told on a regular basis that they could be easily replaced, laid off employees at every opportunity, did not follow their own policies

      Avantages

      Ram Tech Systems has been taking care of me since I have landed in America. They trained me in .Net platform (advanced versions) and got an project assignments in Georgia and Indiana. The payroll is run through ADP and there is no scope of late payments. Health benefits are through United Healthcare for the last 7 years +.

      Inconvénients

      They say that everyone is replaceable in the eyes of the client. Which is true!
