      Avantages

      Met good people from being contracted out. Better than not being employed

      Inconvénients

      Pay was terrible Asked a lot of employees without adequate or any compensation Made tons of empty promises that ultimately set employees up for failure. Tons of employee turnover, had terrible retention. Values Indian employees over any other culture.

      Avantages

      I’ve been working at RADcube for 2 years as a software engineer. The culture is positive, managers are approachable, and you get chances to work on different projects that really help you grow. Work–life balance is good, and the team is supportive.

      Inconvénients

      All good in my experience.
