-I saw in real time the management leaders pressure the org to increase 401k match…and they followed through. (Coming from a union environment that was pretty incredible to see!)
Inconvénients
-If you are not a self starter / don’t absorb new things through reading, you may struggle here. Know when to ask for help, and ask early!
-if you are not a morning person you may miss some opportunities to work closely with members of the international team
