Friendly place to work, good colleagues fast paced calls coming in all the time, helping people in trouble. Having rota that covers a full 12 months have to be flexible as levels can change
Inconvénients
procedure/rules can change very quickly sometime within hours, floating holiday are hit and miss if not given does not always understand why turned down
