Nikita Manotey - Avis employé SMRS RAC

Nikita is a credit to the RAC, she has been 110% excellent throught my dealings with the RAC and has dealt with all the associated complications in a fast,proffesional, efficient mannor. When Nikita says she is going to do something, you can relax in the knowledge that it WILL be done ASAP. She is very easy to deal with and approachable. She is an asset to the RAC and you need more like her.
