Avantages
Very pleased to be part of such a fantastic well known brand with further ambition for growth in all areas of RAC, not just roadside/breakdown. Everyone has been extremely welcoming and not a bad word to say about working here. Especially happy to be able to attend the lovely Bristol office twice a week to get that good hybrid working balance.
Inconvénients
Due to the scale of roadside, lots of discussion and time seems fairly focused on that area of the business. However, listening to a recent discussion it seems there is more time being allocated to recognise the growth and success of all core areas of the RAC business
