This is not your atypical contract company where they plug you in a job and leave you hanging. This is a company who cares about their people, cares about their clients and delivers top notch quality work for the government. If you are looking for an HR company that makes you feel like you belong; you matter and help you to grow in your career; this is the place for you. I highly recommend R3. I worked for the government for over 10 years in Federal HR; never in all of my years have I ever worked for such an amazing company or for such amazing managers. You are not micro-managed, they trust you to do the work; they give you the freedom and the flexibility to use your skill set; I could write paragraphs on why I love this company so much.
