      Avantages

      The only Pros would be that initial treatment seemed genuine and professional, most of the employees were very welcoming.

      Inconvénients

      Treatment of Staff by Management was terrible, Bullying behaviour and not honest in there approach to things. Unprofessional behaviour was very common and definitely Cowboy behaviour in there approach on how to run a business. Lack of experience within the current employees doesn't help the current staff coming in so the business can improve and grow. Always wanted to look good and have the best was just a facade.

      Avantages

      City location, try hard people. The engineers are talented.

      Inconvénients

      Small company of 25 people. Toxic masculinity with house music played in the office all day. They think they are a lot better than they are. They got their corporate values from ChatGPT but don't actually abide by them. They don't have a strategy and pretty much live day-to-day. They employ people between jobs or down on their luck, otherwise no one would work for them if they had the choice. They don't have a great reputation if you ask around enough. Sacked 3 people on one day in November 2025 due to the business pipeline shrinking. Then more people left of their own volition shortly afterwards due to toxicity. Not great prospects for potential employees, cannot recommend them.

      None, the majority of the so-called SLT have no idea

      Plenty, I they just tin shifting company
