Working short staffed for months Extremely unrealistic expectations and workload Our dept went national; Heavy workload yet pay rate stayed the same. Other departments are not held accountable for consistently making serious errors that are time consuming for my dept to fix. It seems we are held to a high standard yet other departments are not. Too many meetings, methods of learning are Skype meetings and confusing/tedious information put on a shared drive. Now permanently working remotely from home. Working from home is extremely difficult since we aren’t allowed to print. Company doesn’t pay for cell phone/ internet usage. I didn’t ask to work from home, the company mandated it. Getting screamed at by nursing staff because our phones are no longer answered immediately by personnel working in the office.
