      Avantages

      Remote based work and not much else good to say.

      Inconvénients

      Awful management, plays favorite if you are not in the inner circle. Meeting about meetings, on a weekly basis I had 25-30 hours of meetings. When do they expect us to get actual work done

      Avantages

      Amazing work life balance and flexible hours with many projects to learn from

      Inconvénients

      No promotions, and the yearly pay increase is basically the inflation rate

      Avantages

      The voluntary separation offer was good.

      Inconvénients

      I and hundreds of colleagues were transferred from Providence Health & Services to R1. We were told we were guaranteed our jobs for a year. They started offering voluntary separation packages less than a year in. This was suspicious. I didn't take the first couple of offers, but eventually I did - things were feeling uneasy. Since leaving I've heard that there were several layoffs. R1's India team has taken over a lot of the coding we were doing. In the reviews I read before we started with R1 I know losing jobs to the India team was common. I'm glad I left when I did but it's been hard finding a new job.
