Inconvénients
Everything. I got 0 training. Owner likes to scream, threaten your job and complain about everyone. Also is super cheap. We had a Keurig but never had coffee. If you wanted coffee you could go into the warehouse and buy from the coffee vending machine. Office manager bought her own stapler, post-it notes etc. Outright told me to lie. If I called a company and they said they would never work with us again, I was told to say that it's under new management and "he" no longer works there. Daughter is equally as miserable. Never saw her smile once. Had no idea what CRM was so I was calling current customers that worked with other reps. Encouraged me to try and sell them anyway. Every rep for themselves. Other sales reps were your enemies, not your team. Only lasted a week. On my last day I brought in 2 gigantic leads (if we closed either they would be his biggest customer) and awhile later he threatened my job..... again. Decided not to go back for more abuse.
