      Good pay and benefits. Company values long term employees.

      Inconvénients

      Giant company that is poorly organized. Lots of red-tape and obstacles. Often dealing with offices in other states. Nothing happens fast. No one wants to do more than their specific duties. Constantly had to be the bad guy to get things done.
