Avantages
- Working with some pretty cool brands and really pushing the work. - You learn a lot while you're there. - Value diversity and inclusion more than any agency I've worked with.
Inconvénients
- Employees throw each other under the bus all the time. It's not their fault - they are just trying to save their jobs, because the office has a high turnover rate and executives are constantly breathing down your neck. This is by far the most toxic part of working there. It doesn't feel like a team working together towards the same goal; everyone is out for themselves in order to save their job. - Company politics will end your job if you aren't 'more involved' with them. - Executives are micro-managers. - Senior management is just sad. They are great at their daily role but very poor at helping junior level employees grow into their role or providing opportunities for growth.
