      Avantages

      -Job security! We are growing and keep on getting more work! -The environment is amazing. Everyone cares and is willing to help out. We all understand we are in this together. -Management for Substation is some of the best management I have seen. They truly care and want people to succeed.

      Inconvénients

      Some times it can get busy but like any substation job there are always busy times and non busy times throughout the year.

      Avantages

      Benefits are good. You have an option to purchase vacation time which is a nice bonus to have.

      Inconvénients

      Bonuses are hit or miss and they tend to be on the lower end when you receive them and range between $1k to $3k per tax for lower end employees. The rapid growth of the company is the more concerning part. When I was hired on, there were 80 employees and within 1.5yr to 2yrs we grew to over 200 employees. With the rapid growth there is no infrastructure setup to properly train employees on software or processes. Be prepared to hit the ground running and having to learn along the way. There are good people who will help newer hires learn the software and take time help develop them. Unfortunately, this support is coming from the designers and engineers who want to help and not from anything management is providing.
