      As other reviewers have said: poor upper management to advise the owner and mediocre office managers. Managers will tell the owner what he wants to hear and then bad mouth him to the employees they oversee.

      Avantages

      Experience using multiple softwares and exposure to field and office practices. Fast-paced environment gives you plenty of learning opportunities.

      Inconvénients

      Growth was almost nonexistent, you just needed to wait your turn. Department felt fragmented into cliques which varies workload. Training is laughable.
