      Avantages

      Flexible timing. Weekly 2 days office. Food in office.

      Inconvénients

      Too many changes (every 1-2 months with the organization) which leads the org instable. Too many layoffs (very frequent) Micromonitoring Bangalore HR team is a nightmare

      Great product organization and AI strategy; Wonderful people in the frontline and executive teams.

      Inconvénients

      Strategy and leadership has been inconsistent in recent years, but solidifying into cohesive approach focused on agentic AI.

      Avantages

      ICs are mostly great. Decent benefits (pay is not though) There is a small but extremely loyal and wonderful customer base who believe in the product.

      Inconvénients

      Insufferable leadership and middle managers that shouldn’t have a job. No unified direction. Unattainable quotas. PIP culture. High turnover. Have lost so many good people and they don’t seem to care.
