We are not in a stone age to show Casteism or Favoritism, this is a profit for business, not a charity & obviously, any organization will value sales resources who produce good numbers, and above all - by your words - it reflects your poor opinion on "Dignity of Labour”, and HR policies are well documented in offer letter, please review -agreed terms Firstly, you were onboarded with expected output & numbers in new business module and which you couldn’t deliver even after 6 months, by employment agreement you were asked to look for alternative and offered agreed 30-day notice period, even then unfortunately you couldn’t find your next engagement. Even after poor performance, you were offered to alternative position as dedicated “Trainer”, for which you declined it.
