      1. Good environment, Starbucks, 7-11, book store, organic dietary 2. gentle-relaxed working 3. Strong at manufacture 4. Strong financial operations

      1. Very poor at ODM design, design many useless toy to cheat upper boss. 2. Hardware oriented mind, don't know how to earn money by software or service 3. Lots of top managers waiting to retire 4. Don't know what's the future

      Low pay, no balance, no management accountability, average benefits, 401k match could be better, inflexible schedule.
