      -good office environment. -good if you are under a good manager. -job security good if you're a hard worker. -freedom.

      -low pay -sucks when you are under a bad manager. -most employees have low skill level. -almost everyone is rude.

      Quite enthustic people, not all but many try learn. HR is flexible and fast.

      Inconvénients

      Poor infra, optimized till last inch to cut down costs. Poor pay rates so constantly people leaving
