      Avantages

      Supportive and fast. It has quick ability to help find client within the specified areas. Perfectly suitable for freshly graduates.

      Inconvénients

      Short period of contract. Have to settle for what is available. Needs to be more specific in employee title. Cannot get the specific title and salary range

      Avantages

      I had great experience working in Quality Matrix. My H1B visa transfer was straight forward and I never had any issues with finding projects, payroll or getting help from HR on misc items. Both Kant (CEO) and Shana (HR/Legal) are extremely knowledgeable and helpful. I will definitely recommend Quality Matrix to anyone.

      Inconvénients

      Negotiate better with clients on billing rates.
