Avantages
The president is extremely knowledgeable and has a lot of insight to offer. She is a great role model within a male dominated industry. Work/Life balance is pretty easy-going --> fair with time off, make-up time, and somewhat flexible scheduling. San Diego office has an amazing family-like setting with wonderful people.
Inconvénients
If you're not family, or haven't known the family for years, you're likely going to need to suck up. Minimal training - you need to catch on quickly. Few windows, somewhat dull working environment in 6 ft tall cubicles.
