5. Excuses- "all your troubles are a part of an exponential growth curve" (clearly no one in the management understands the concept of exponents)
6. Employees with a false sense of authority- Anyone can walk up to you and ask you updates on stuff that you were never assigned and then blame you for it.
7. Mansplaining of your job that you have done professionally for 5+ years.

7, Truth. 90% of the hiring posts on linkedin are fake. They have like 10 people in the office which they struggle to retain and when they leave-"Oh it must be their fault cuz we are perfect!". Also, they don't have offices other than Gurugram. Those are all lies too.
