      Avantages

      Nothing positive that I can at least think off.

      Inconvénients

      Heavy workload, no salary increments, no bonus (where the manager dosen't hesitate to say, its the higher management decision to not to give bonus and salary hikes) even with very good yearly rating.

      Must live in SD which is a mid city either HCOL Some teams are very disorganized World worst IT department Heavy red tape and bureaucracy throughout the company
